For premises without CCS-related defects, the standard warranty will start from the date of key collection. For premises with such defects, the warranty will be put on hold till the defect is successfully resolved.

For customers who have collected or will be collecting their keys on or before 31 December 2023, the warranty period will start upon successfully resolving the defects or 1 January 2024, whichever is later.
