This additional warranty specifically covers defects of the chilled water piping and trunking within each flat. The optional extended warranty that some customers purchased covers FCU-related defects. For customers who purchased the extended warranty on their FCUs earlier, the coverage starts once the 12-month standard warranty ends. It will run concurrently with this additional warranty on the CCS piping and trunking within their flats.
